It's amazing how sugar sneaks into everything. No pudding for you this evening though. That will test your willpower! Seriously though, are you able to eat dried fruits eg prunes?
ReplyDeleteIt occurred to me yesterday when I emailed my friend in Austria, that I won't be able to have the Sticky Toffee Pudding I ordered for tonight. Not to test my willpower but what do I do with the pudding?????? I made the rule, that I will not eat any dried fruit either because they are very sweet, only fresh fruit is permitted. But, no doubt, it will keep me on my toes.
